When you are in museum, or other art galleries. The flash light will be prohibited definitely. Thus the only thing you must make sure is your hand do not shake and you may change the color balance to get a different new looks of the photo. ( usually museum, restaurant and etc will have more red colors in the lighting, thus you all may change to landescent or flouresent color balance on your camera to give a other color balance photo ) ps: change back the color balance mode after you all change the color balance. since it will affect your others photo color balance if you do not change it .

after that we need to focus the brightness and contrast of our object. basically we will like to make a great contrast between our object captured with the background or foreground. sometimes, a less contrast black and white also create some unexplainable aspect of feeling .

this photo is unedited with any photography software. In this case I chose the normal color balance to capture this photo since i want the original feel of the restaurant. And one thing we need to bare in mind in capturing scene shot like restaurant and etc is the symmetry of our picture. the angle that we compose must be symmetry so that our photo is " balanced " . My own opinion. ( I learn all these by my own feel, you all make have your own way of capturing. I am just sharing ^^ )
Can we create a painting style of our picture from normal digital photo? The ans is YES, you can . Now, I am going to sharing something I feel can help us to change a color photo to become a painting like photo.
Open you photo in photo-shop
then go
filter tab > artistic > and click fresco, or smudge stick or etc. your window will start to change to other page at the moment you click it .
please note that there is a bar on the right-hand panel. You all can try to scroll and see the different and the effect you all like and fits your taste.
after that, you all may try to increase the contrast to make the color more sharp and more like a painting depend on your tastes
